- simple making, this is Vietnam traditional food on Spring, it í popular on Tet (Luner New Year)
I. Raw materials:
- 1kg leg of pork,
- 300g Chicken wing, legs
- 100g peziza
. Pepper + seasoning powder
- Mince Onion
II. Method:
Wash chicken legs and wings. After that, put them into a pot of water. Boil them a little (no well-done) and take them out. Wash again.
Make pig legs clean and chop them with mouthly size. Put all the mixture of pig legs and chicken legs into the pot covering with 2 cm high water. Mince onion, put it into the pot.
Boil the pot, turn down the flame, and skim off the scum.
Add “moc nhi” (peziza - a type of chinese mushroom), peper and seasoning powder.
Fire 5 minutes. Finally let it cool , put in bow and keep it with the temperature below 00C. Enjoy your dish!
