Stress with legal procedure

Base on VCCI data, many Vietnam enterprise leader and Foreign enterprise leader complain Vietnam complicated legal procedure.

There are 36% of enterprise leaders said that. Especially in tax and custom area.

VCCI saids that Vietnam Government can save 3 – 7% GDP if they can simplify legal procedure. That will reduce about 700 millions – 950 millions USD/year from waste.
